Kitesurfing cannot be learned without qualified instruction! Attempting to learn kitesurfing on your own will seriously endanger yourself and others. In your own interest please learn kitesurfing with a professional instructor. We don’t offer kitesurfing courses, however we are glad to help you find an appropriate kitesurfing school for you.

1. Formation of Contract

With your order you deliver a binding offer at us to close a contract with you. By forwarding you a confirmation email or the with the delivery of the ordered commodity, we can accept this offer. First you will receive a confirmation of receipt via email to the email address indicated by you. A sales contract however, comes in effect only with the dispatch of our order confirmation via email or directly with the immediate delivery of your ordered commodity.

2. Delivery

We send your order as fast as possible. In case of delays on our behalf we will inform you, if available over your email address. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

3. Prices

Those prices apply which are represented on our website at the time of the order.

4. Value Added Tax (VAT)

The VAT-rate in Germany is 19%. In the case of supplies to countries of the European Union we charge 19% VAT likewise. In the event of supplies to countries outside of the European Union we sell free of VAT. Consider that you probably will have to pay VAT and customs on receipt. Please inform yourself about the import regulations of your country.

5. Return Policy

You may return ordered items within 2 weeks without explanation. Should the laws of your country stipulate longer return periods, then we will grant you longer return deadlines according to the laws of your country. The deadline begins earliest after you have received our shipment and this return policy instruction. To meet the deadline it is sufficient if you dispatch the items or the return request within the deadline. A return request has to be submitted in wrinting either per mail, fax, or electronic mail. In the event of a valid return procedure the services received on both sides are to be reimbursed. With a degradation of items indemnification can be requested. This does not comply if the degradation results from examination as it would have been possible in a retail store. You can avoid indemnification by not taking the items in use like an owner and omitting everything that impairs their value.

We are glad to assist you by picking up the items at your home or by sending you a return sticker. You are willing to cooperate by releasing the items to our assigned parcel service or by shipping the items to us on your own within the deadline. The shipment costs within germany are carried by us. Please only use standard shipping services. Express surcharges and other expenses will only be refunded on special agreement. Please do not return items using Freight Collect or Cash on Delivery services.

6. Warranty

In addition to the individual manufacturer’s warranties the national legal warranty claims remain effective. For example, end customers in Germany are entitled to a national legal warranty claim of two years from the date of purchase.

7. Reservation of Ownership

Until complete settlement of all claims against the customer the delivered goods shall remain our property.

8. Place of Venue and Applicable Law

Applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. For end comsumers the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany are applicable as far as where they don't interfere with the laws of the country the end consumer is residing. As far as the customer is not end consumer, place of venue is Kaiserslautern, Germany.

9. Final Provision

Lunatic Kiteboarding expresses reservation to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time and without indication of reasons. By ordering you accept the General Terms and Conditions valid to the time of order.

In general the web server stores anonymous information transmitted by your web browser in log files. These are your computer's operating system, browser type and version, name of your internet provider, time of server inquiry, the web page that referred you to us (referrer URL) and the web pages you visited on our site. This data cannot be assigned to certain persons, i.e. you remain anonymous. A unification of this data with other data sources is not made.

4. Cookies

If your browser accepts cookies, our webshop may for example utilize them to store contents of your shopping cart. Cookies enable us to offer you more user-friendly, more effective, and safer contents. Cookies are small text files which your browser stores on your computer. Mainly these cookies are session cookies. Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. Cookies cause no damage on your computer and do not contain viruses.

5. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter system, we only need a valid email address from you. In the process of registration our system sends you an email with an activation link where you are asked to confirm the entry. This way we ensure that you are actually the owner of the indicated email address and that you comply with the receipt of our newsletters.
